Free initial consultation
- A detailed examination of your ear and ear canal will be carried out
- A specialist hearing assessment will be conducted in a sound-proof room
- Results will be carefully explained to you
- If we find that a hearing aid will benefit you then the different types of hearing aids and performance options will be discussed and demonstrated
- We will recommend a hearing instrument based on a number of considerations, such as your lifestyle, cosmetic requirements and functionality
- If you are happy, we will process the order for the hearing aid. An appointment will then be made for you to come back for the fitting
Fitting
- We will programme your hearing aid to your exact needs
- An expert fitting will be carried out
- Thorough instructions and demonstrations of the use and care of the hearing aid will be given
- Your 30 day trial starts from the date of the fitting
Follow–up review
We always arrange a visit two weeks after a new fitting. This ensures we can monitor your initial progress and make any further adjustments if necessary
Aftercare
All hearing aids are covered by a two year manufacturer’s warranty and are looked after by us for two years. We are very proud of our on going care and therefore encourage all our clients to come back anytime to see us with any questions or queries
